Summit ReEntry is a Congregate Living Health Facility in Minnesota dedicated to providing residential treatment and support services to individuals with no homes and who are dealing with mental health challenges. We strive to bring home to them, ensuring they have the right resources and tools to live. We aim to be the rock they can lean on during troubling times, giving them the light to continue living their life with hope.
